Sovereign Duty Free ships orders across Canada using trusted national carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the shipping destination, order size, and carrier rates.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying wholesale orders:

Ontario

  • Free shipping on orders over $1,000

All Other Provinces

  • Free shipping on orders over $2,000

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and service availability.

Sovereign Duty Free reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier for each order.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier but typically range from 1–7 business days within Canada.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Customers may also view their order status and tracking information by logging into their account dashboard on the website.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information when placing orders.

Sovereign Duty Free is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • incorrect addresses

  • incomplete shipping information

  • customer ordering errors

Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed for shipment.


Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to Sovereign Duty Free due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery attempts:

  • Customers may request that the shipment be resent, subject to an additional shipping and handling fee, or

  • Request a refund, which may be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.

Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted by the authorized account holder via email.


Shipping Restrictions
